Train Like an Athlete.
Play Like a Golfer.
Stronger Body. Better Game. Endless Potential.
A structured two-month performance program built specifically for junior golfers in Dubai. Sixteen sessions. One private facility. Real athletic development that supports the swing, sustains the round, and protects the body.
The Truth
Most junior golfers in Dubai are trained to swing better.
GOLFit trains them to move better, so they play better, longer, and without injury.
The Method
What we build into your child's body.
GOLFit develops the four physical foundations that drive every shot. Each is trained progressively across the two-month block, calibrated for junior bodies.
Speed
Rotational power and explosive hip pivot that translates directly into clubhead speed.
Strength
Core stability and rotational strength to deliver consistent ball striking under load.
Mobility
Range of motion at the hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine to sustain swing mechanics.
Stability
Ankle, knee, and hip control that protects against the most common junior golf injuries.
Inside the work
Seven training components, layered across every block.
Balance and control for a consistent swing.
Improved mobility and rotation efficiency.
Coordination and athleticism, safely loaded.
Core power that drives the swing.
Speed and energy transfer through impact.
Sequencing and ground force production.
Safe, structured power development across the eight weeks.
The Program
Sixteen sessions. Two months. Built around your child's schedule.
Three weekly sessions are offered. Pick one, two, or all three depending on your child's training rhythm and tournament calendar.

Session 01
Tuesday
5:15 PM
Mid-week strength & mobility focus. Sets the athletic baseline for the week. |
Session 02
Thursday

Rotational power & plyometric progression. The speed session of the week. |
Session 03

Recovery, mobility, and stability integration. Resets the body for the new week. |
Most juniors choose two days per week, which fits the standard sixteen-session block. Three days a week works for tournament-track athletes. One day a week suits juniors balancing other commitments. We work with you to set the right cadence.

The Difference
Why parents are choosing GOLFit over the alternatives.
Golf-Specific, Not Generic Fitness
Every drill is selected because it makes the swing work harder for your child. This is not a fitness class. It is athletic preparation for a sport.
Specialist Coach, Always Present
Coach Yass delivers the sessions personally. No rotating instructors, no anonymous gym staff. Parents and juniors know exactly who is in charge.
Structured Block, Real Progress
Each block has a beginning, a middle, and a measurable end. You will see development. Not open-ended sessions that drift without direction.
Group Energy, Built for Juniors
Your child trains alongside other junior golfers from the Infinity community. The energy is competitive, social, and motivating in ways a private session cannot match.
Inside the Junior Golf Community
GOLFit lives inside the Infinity Junior Golf Tour ecosystem. The same families. The same tournaments. The same long-term development path.
Year-Round Indoor Facility
Climate-controlled, purpose-built, available through Dubai summers. Training does not pause when the heat arrives.
The Investment
One block. One price.
No surprises.
Approximately AED 2,810 · sixteen sessions across the two-month block
That works out to under fifty dollars per session, for specialist golf-specific coaching inside a private facility. For context, a comparable private performance coach in Dubai charges AED 300 to 500 per session.
