1) About us

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, registrations, events, and services operated by FAIRWAY VENTURES SPORTS SERVICES L.L.C (“Fairway Ventures”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

To participate in events or create an account, you must be (i) at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or (ii) a minor with verifiable parent/guardian consent. You represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms.

3) Accounts & information accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activities under your account and for safeguarding login credentials.

4) Fees, payments & taxes

Prices, fees, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout or in event materials. You authorize charges to your selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees.

5) Cancellations, transfers & refunds

Event-specific policies will be displayed at registration. Unless stated otherwise or required by law: (a) administrative fees may apply to changes; (b) no-shows are non-refundable; (c) we may offer credits or rescheduling at our discretion (e.g., weather or safety issues). Membership or registration fees may be non-refundable once services commence.

6) Event rules, conduct & safety

You agree to follow event rules, local laws, and venue policies (including dress code, pace of play, and safeguarding rules). We may remove any participant or spectator whose behavior jeopardizes safety, fairness, or enjoyment, without refund where permitted by law.

7) Assumption of risk; health & medical

Sports participation carries inherent risks. By registering or attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of injury or damage to yourself or your child. You confirm fitness to participate and authorize us and venue staff to obtain emergency medical assistance as needed. You are responsible for related costs.

8) Liability waiver & indemnity (to the extent permitted by law)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our partners, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

9) Scheduling, results & awards

We may modify schedules, formats, or venues due to operational, weather, or safety reasons. Results, rankings, and awards are administered in good faith and may be adjusted to correct errors or address fairness/safeguarding concerns.

10) Photography, video & media

Events may be photographed/filmed. By attending, you consent to the capture and use of your (or your child’s) image, voice, and likeness for event documentation and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, where permitted by law and subject to parental/guardian consent for minors. Please contact us if you require an opt-out process (not always feasible in public settings).

11) Intellectual property

All content on our sites and materials (logos, text, graphics, photos, videos, results formats) is owned by or licensed to Fairway Ventures and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you submit (e.g., testimonials) for operating and promoting the services.

12) Third-party services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., registration, payments, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

13) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14) Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, acts of God, public health emergencies, governmental actions, or disruptions of utilities or transport.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts of Dubai (on-shore) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory law.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
