The Truth

Most junior golfers in Dubai are trained to swing better.
GOLFit trains them to move better, so they play better, longer, and without injury.

The Method

What we build into your child's body.

GOLFit develops the four physical foundations that drive every shot. Each is trained progressively across the two-month block, calibrated for junior bodies.

Pillar 01

Speed

Rotational power and explosive hip pivot that translates directly into clubhead speed.

Pillar 02

Strength

Core stability and rotational strength to deliver consistent ball striking under load.

Pillar 03

Mobility

Range of motion at the hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine to sustain swing mechanics.

Pillar 04

Stability

Ankle, knee, and hip control that protects against the most common junior golf injuries.

Inside the work

Seven training components, layered across every block.

01  Ankle & Hip Stability
Balance and control for a consistent swing.
02  Range of Motion
Improved mobility and rotation efficiency.
03  Low-Level Plyometrics
Coordination and athleticism, safely loaded.
04  Rotational Strength
Core power that drives the swing.
05  Rotational Power
Speed and energy transfer through impact.
06  Explosive Hip Pivot
Sequencing and ground force production.
07  Plyometric Progression
Safe, structured power development across the eight weeks.

The Program

Sixteen sessions. Two months. Built around your child's schedule.

Three weekly sessions are offered. Pick one, two, or all three depending on your child's training rhythm and tournament calendar.

Session 01
Tuesday
5:15 PM

Mid-week strength & mobility focus. Sets the athletic baseline for the week.

Session 02
Thursday
5:00 PM

Rotational power & plyometric progression. The speed session of the week.

Session 03
Sunday
12:30 PM

Recovery, mobility, and stability integration. Resets the body for the new week.

Pick your rhythm.

Most juniors choose two days per week, which fits the standard sixteen-session block. Three days a week works for tournament-track athletes. One day a week suits juniors balancing other commitments. We work with you to set the right cadence.

Lead Coach

Yasser Ahmad Siddiqui

"Coach Yass"  ·  High-Performance Specialist

The Coach

Eight years. Two countries. Over 1,500 athlete assessments.

Coach Yass has built his career around one question: what does the athlete need to do, before the technique can deliver?

Across the UAE and Canada, he has worked with junior athletes through every stage of development, specializing in performance testing, strength and plyometric progression, injury prevention, and nutrition. His method is data-driven, age-appropriate, and built to make young athletes look forward to training, not dread it.

For GOLFit, his focus is sharper still: the specific physical foundations that translate into a more durable, more powerful, and more confident junior golfer.

The Difference

Why parents are choosing GOLFit over the alternatives.

01

Golf-Specific, Not Generic Fitness

Every drill is selected because it makes the swing work harder for your child. This is not a fitness class. It is athletic preparation for a sport.

02

Specialist Coach, Always Present

Coach Yass delivers the sessions personally. No rotating instructors, no anonymous gym staff. Parents and juniors know exactly who is in charge.

03

Structured Block, Real Progress

Each block has a beginning, a middle, and a measurable end. You will see development. Not open-ended sessions that drift without direction.

04

Group Energy, Built for Juniors

Your child trains alongside other junior golfers from the Infinity community. The energy is competitive, social, and motivating in ways a private session cannot match.

05

Inside the Junior Golf Community

GOLFit lives inside the Infinity Junior Golf Tour ecosystem. The same families. The same tournaments. The same long-term development path.

06

Year-Round Indoor Facility

Climate-controlled, purpose-built, available through Dubai summers. Training does not pause when the heat arrives.

The Investment

One block. One price.
No surprises.

$765 USD

Approximately AED 2,810 · sixteen sessions across the two-month block

That works out to under fifty dollars per session, for specialist golf-specific coaching inside a private facility. For context, a comparable private performance coach in Dubai charges AED 300 to 500 per session.

Common Questions

What parents ask before enrolling.

What age does my child need to be? +
GOLFit is built for junior golfers aged 7 to 17. Group cohorts are organized by age and ability so juniors train alongside peers at similar developmental stages. Younger juniors focus on movement quality and coordination. Older juniors progress into rotational power and tournament-specific conditioning.
What if my child has never trained athletically? +
That is exactly who GOLFit is designed for. Every junior is assessed at the start of the block. Loading, complexity, and pace are calibrated to where your child is, not where they should be. Movement quality comes first. Strength and power are layered in over time.
Does this replace golf lessons or compete with our coach? +
No, and that is by design. GOLFit complements technical coaching. Your child's golf coach refines the swing. We build the athlete who delivers it. The two work in sequence, not in competition. We are happy to share progress notes with your coach so the development is aligned.
What happens if we miss a session? +
Three weekly session slots are offered. If your child misses one, attending another that week often recovers the rhythm. We ask for consistent attendance so the progressive loading delivers its results, but junior schedules are busy and we work with families on that reality.
Can my child try a session before we commit? +
Yes. We run Open Days at the facility where juniors try key performance movements with Coach Yass, parents tour the space, and you can ask any question about the program structure. Zero obligation. If GOLFit is not the right fit, no problem.
What does my child need to bring? +
Athletic wear, training shoes, and a water bottle. All training equipment is provided at the private facility in Al Quoz. Nothing else is required.
How is progress tracked? +
We benchmark mobility, stability, and power markers at the start of the block, retest at the midpoint, and again at the end. You receive a summary you can share with your child's golf coach. Parents and juniors see exactly what changed across the eight weeks.
What if my child does not enjoy fitness training? +
GOLFit is not built like a gym session. It is built like an athletic team training environment, with peers from the junior golf community. Energy is part of the design. Most juniors who arrive skeptical leave the first session asking when the next one is.
