TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern all registrations, payments, participation, attendance, purchases, and services relating to any event, tournament, league, camp, clinic, corporate golf day, junior program, activation, or activity organized, managed, or promoted by:

Fairway Ventures Sports Services L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates
including but not limited to events conducted under the brand
Infinity Junior Golf Tour
(hereinafter referred to as “The Organizer”).

By registering, attending, purchasing, or participating in any event, the participant and/or parent/guardian and/or client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. DEFINITIONS

Organizer
Fairway Ventures Sports Services L.L.C., Dubai, UAE

Event
Any tournament, league, clinic, camp, corporate event, golf day, activation, competition, or program organized by the Organizer

Participant
Any player, parent, guardian, guest, spectator, or attendee

Client
Any individual, company, sponsor, or entity booking an event

Venue
Any golf course, club, hotel, indoor facility, academy, or location where the event takes place

 

  1. EVENT SCHEDULING & POSTPONEMENT

The Organizer reserves the right to change:

  • Event dates
  • Venue
  • Format
  • Schedule
  • Tee times
  • Number of rounds
  • Age categories
  • Tournament structure

due to but not limited to:

  • Course availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety considerations
  • Government regulations
  • Civil unrest or Act of War
  • Operational requirements
  • Force majeure
  • Federation / WAGR rules
  • Venue decisions
  • Insufficient entries

If an event is rescheduled, it shall be considered a postponement and not a cancellation.

  1. AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION TRANSFER

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • All entries automatically transfer to new dates
  • Entry remains valid
  • Position in field remains secured
  • No re-registration required

Failure to attend the new dates does not constitute cancellation by the Organizer.

  1. ENTRY FEES & PAYMENT

All fees must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.

Fees may include:

  • Green fees
  • Tournament organization
  • Coaching / clinic fees
  • Equipment use
  • Event logistics
  • Prizes / trophies
  • Administration costs

Fees do not include travel, visa, accommodation, or personal expenses unless stated.

All prices may change without notice.

  1. NON-REFUND POLICY

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Tournaments
  • Camps
  • Clinics
  • Corporate events
  • League entries
  • Merchandise
  • Website purchases

No cash refunds will be issued.

  1. RESCHEDULED EVENTS

If an event is rescheduled:

  • No cash refund will be issued
  • Participant may request credit before deadline
  • Credit will equal amount paid

Credits:

  • Valid 12 months
  • Non-cash
  • Non-transferable unless approved
  • Usable for any event or website credit for any merchandise

Failure to notify before deadline results in forfeiture.

 

 

 

 

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Organizer is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellation caused by:

  • Weather (fog, rain, sandstorm, heat, lightning)
  • Government restrictions
  • Venue closure
  • Pandemic / health rules
  • Travel restrictions
  • Acts of God
  • Civil unrest or Act of War
  • Federation decisions
  • Course conditions

Organizer may:

  • Reschedule
  • Modify format
  • Shorten event
  • Issue credits instead of refunds
  1. TOURNAMENT RULES

Events may be played under:

  • R&A Rules of Golf
  • USGA Rules
  • Emirates Golf Federation rules
  • WAGR requirements
  • Local course rules
  • Infinity Junior Golf Tour rules

Organizer decisions are final.

  1. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

Players must:

  • Register in correct category
  • Provide correct information
  • Follow dress code
  • Follow safety rules
  • Respect officials & venue

Organizer may disqualify player for:

  • Misconduct
  • Rule violations
  • Abuse
  • Unsafe behaviour

No refund in such cases.

  1. WEATHER & PLAY CONDITIONS

Golf is an outdoor sport.

Events may continue in:

  • Heat
  • Wind
  • Rain

If play stops:

Organizer may

  • Reduce holes
  • Change format
  • Declare results final

No refund.

  1. MINORS & PARENT CONSENT

All players under 18 must have parent / guardian consent.

Parent accepts responsibility for:

  • Safety
  • Travel
  • Conduct
  • Medical condition

Organizer not responsible for supervision outside event.

  1. INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS

International participants are responsible for:

  • Visa
  • Travel
  • Insurance
  • Accommodation

Organizer not liable for travel losses.

No refund for travel problems.

  1. CORPORATE / PRIVATE EVENTS

For corporate bookings:

  • Deposit non-refundable
  • Date change subject to venue
  • Payments non-refundable
  • Credit may be issued at discretion

Final numbers must be confirmed before deadline.

 

 

  1. SPONSORS & PARTNERS

Organizer may use:

  • Sponsor logos
  • Branding
  • Media

Sponsor benefits subject to change if event rescheduled.

  1. MEDIA CONSENT

Participants agree that photos / videos may be used for:

  • Website
  • Social media
  • Marketing
  • Promotion

No payment required.

  1. LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation at own risk.

Organizer not liable for:

  • Injury
  • Loss
  • Damage
  • Theft
  • Travel issues

Parents responsible for minors.

 

 

 

  1. WEBSITE PURCHASES

All website purchases final.

No refunds.

Credits may be issued at discretion.

Organizer may cancel orders.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms governed by laws of:

DIFC Law , DUBAI United Arab Emirates

Disputes subject to DIFC courts.
