Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 September 2025

We understand that plans may change. The following refund policy applies to all event registrations and tournament entries with FAIRWAY VENTURES SPORTS SERVICES L.L.C:

1. More than 7 days before the event:
   • Refunds will be issued in the form of store/website credit.
   • Credit is valid for the current season and may be used for future events, registrations, or merchandise.
2. Within 7 days of the event:
   • No refunds will be provided.
   • This includes cancellations, no-shows, or schedule conflicts.
3. Exceptional circumstances:
   • At our discretion, we may offer flexibility in cases of medical emergencies or force majeure events. Supporting documentation may be required.

How to request a refund or credit:
Email us at info@fairwayventures.co with your full name, event details, and reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

 

All other Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy provisions remain applicable.
